(Leo) The Mad Hatter; whether you think he's one of the Bat's more sympathetic villains or whether you think he's creepy as hell. There is no denying that he will always be one of his coolest villains. So this is my little tribute that shows both sides of him. And most of us will thank the version as portrayed by the late Roddy McDowell in "Batman: the animated series" for his fantastic performance and basically making the character popular again.
